摘　　要：运用SWOT方法,分析了广州港发展物流的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,阐述了广州港发展物流的战略定位、功能设计和空间布局,提出了广州港发展物流的国际航运中心战略、物流园区整合战略、全程物流链构建战略、港区特色业务战略、竞争合作共赢战略、物流企业形象战略.This paper uses the SWOT method to have an analysis on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats that the Port of Guangzhou might encounter or face in the logistics development; specifies the strategy positioning,function design and layout design in the development and puts forward several development strategies,i.e.international shipping center strategy,logistics district integration strategy,whole logistics chain construction strategy,special service strategy,competitive and cooperation for win-win strategy,logistics corporate identity strategy.
