摘　　要：以2004~2007年参加＂全国排球高水平后备人才训练营＂的女排队员为研究对象,分析与比较了我国南方与北方女子排球高水平后备人才的身体形态与素质特征,为合理选拔青少年运动员,提高女排高水平后备人才的成材率和训练的科学性提供理论依据.Based on the study of the participants in the 2004~2007＂Training Camp for national high-level Volleyball reserve players＂,this paper analyzes and compares the body shape and physical quality of high-level volleyball reserve players in the north and south of China,thus providing theoretical foundation for choosing the right young players,cultivating more reserve players and promoting scientific training.
