合作社中的信任建构及其对合作社发展的影响——基于浙江省Y市农民专业合作社的实证研究

摘　　要：在农民专业合作社中,组织者善于利用中国传统社会特有的"关系"来建构其与成员之间的信任。对浙江省Y市农民专业合作社的实证研究发现,不同的组织者与成员之间的信任建构过程存在着显著的差异。能人型组织者与成员之间在血缘、地缘关系的基础上建立信任,但在发展过程中由于追求各自的经济利益而使得信任被削弱,从而影响合作社朝着横向的、基层小规模的方向发展,易于变异为"家庭式作坊";干部型组织者与成员之间在业缘关系的基础上建立信任,且在发展过程中与核心成员形成"经济利益+情感联系"的紧密关系而进一步加强了信任,从而有利于合作社规模的扩大以及向纵向产业链发展,但也易于形成封闭的利益共同体。尽管信任建构过程存在着差异,但对合作社的进一步发展都有着深远的影响。The trust between organizers and members is an important factor influencing the cohesion of cooperatives. The course of trust construction between different organizers and members and its influence on the development of cooperatives are analyzed from the perspective of guanxi. Based on the empirical research on Farmers＂ Specialized Cooperatives in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, we found that, nengren organizers used traditional blood--ties and regional relations to construct trust with their members, but the trust was weakening when they pursued their own individual benefit during the development of cooperatives. As a result, the cooperatives took on a horizontal and small--scale expansion, or were even transformed into family workshops. Cadre organizers used working relations to construct trust with their members, and the trust was strengthened when they built a close relationship based on ＂economic interest and emotional connection＂ with their core members in the development of cooperatives. As a result, the cooperatives＂ scale was enlarged and a vertical development in the industry chain and a closed interest community were formed. Though there are two different courses of trust construction, both of them have profound effect on the development of cooperatives.
