论伊斯兰法学思想在构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用

摘　　要：伊斯兰法是世界五大法系之一,一千多年来,其思想一直影响着穆斯林的精神生活和物质生活,影响着伊斯兰各国的文化传统,影响着整个世界的政治、经济和文化。在当前构建社会主义和谐社会的历史进程中,如何发挥伊斯兰法中的一些适应我国国情的、有着积极意义的思想,是摆在民族工作者面前的一项重要课题。本文通过对伊斯兰法的法律渊源和特点的分析,阐释了伊斯兰法学思想与社会主义相适应的问题,探讨了伊斯兰法学思想在社会主义道德建设和构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用。Islam law is one of the five law systems in the world.In over one thousand years,it has always been influencing the spiritual and material life of Muslim,the cultural tradition of Islamic countries and even the world politics,economy and culture.In the historical process of constructing socialism harmonious society,how to exert the positive thoughts of Islam law compatible to the situation of China is an important project of national workers.The article analyzes the law origin and features of Islamic law,discusses the issue of compatibility between the law thought and socialism,explores the role of Islamic law thought in the construction of harmonious socialism society.
