摘　　要：针对当前高专师范生就业形势,为增强师范生的综合职业技能、拓宽就业口径,就如何构建多元化综合实训体系和实践进行探讨。In view of the current employment situation of normal school students,in order to enhance their integrated vocational skills and enlarge the employment aperture,this thesis discusses how to build a pluralistic system of integrated training and practice.
