区域创新竞争力评价指标体系的优化与应用

摘　　要：综合前人研究成果,征求有关政府官员、专家和企业家意见,并结合作者的研究,构建区域创新竞争力评价指标体系。该指标体系应包括创新环境、科技创新能力和创新网络共3个部分,42个最终指标。运用多层次交互式的研究方法确定各个指标的权重,形成最终的区域创新能力评价模型。最后运用此模型对我国中部地区的两个核心经济区长株潭城市群和武汉城市圈的创新竞争力进行了对比分析。This paper establishes the model of evaluation index system of region innovation competitiveness on the basis of the achievements of predecessors and the investigation of the relevant government officials,experts and entrepreneurs.By analysis,the index system includes 3 first-grade indices,11 second-grade indices as well as 42 third-grade indices.Then this paper determines the weight of individual indicators by using the method of solving weights of the attributes based on hierarchical and interactive models.At last,the article researches the innovation competitiveness of two core economic zones Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomerations,Wuhan Urban Circle in China＇s central regions comparatively by using the model.
