摘　　要：作为新技术规范与网管技术结合的探讨，本文立足于现代网管技术和近年来国际上出现的分布式处理、异类应用综合以及网络互操作技术，分析和设计了一个开放分布网络管理系统。As the discussion for the new technologies and specifications in combination with the network management technology,the paper analyses and designs a Open distributed network management system, according to the modern network management technology and distributed processing,integration of heterogeneous application and network interoperation technologies.
