摘　　要：由于住房效用的多维性以及消费者偏好的存在,住房效用评价一直是一个难题。结合模糊综合评价,以序数效用论为基础,提出住房效用的模糊综合评价模型。该模型能结合具体购房者的偏好对住房效用进行评价和排序,对数据量的要求也比较少,对单购房者的住房效用评价具有良好的针对性和适应性。Because of the multidimensional property of effectiveness of housing and the existence of consumer preferences,evaluation of effectiveness of housing has always been a problem.Combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and based on the ordinal utility theory,the paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of housing effectiveness.This model can evaluate and ordinate effectiveness of housing combined with specific consumer preferences.It will make the evaluation of housing effecti veness by single consumers purposeful and more adaptative.
