摘　　要：学术论文摘要是作者与读者进行学术沟通交流必不可少的桥梁,是科研文章的浓缩提炼。选取40篇软硬科学中四个新旧学科的英文学术论文摘要,利用体裁分析理论对其语步特征、语篇模式和语言特征进行了分析。结果揭示了新旧学科的论文摘要在同类科学和不同科学之间的异同,并指出学科摘要的主要特点是由交际目的决定的。Research article abstracts is the absolutely necessary bridge for the academic communication and exchange between authors and readers and is the concentration and refinement of research articles.This paper selects 40 English research article abstracts from four different new and old disciplines in soft and hard science.This paper analyses the features of moves,the discourse patterns and linguistic features by using the theory of genre analysis.The result indicates differences of the research article abstracts in new and old disciplines between identical disciplines and different disciplines and indicates the main features of discipline abstracts are determined by the purpose of communication.
