摘　　要：中国社会工作专业人才培养模式的讨论与优化对建构一支结构合理、素质优良的社会工作人才队伍有重要作用,对满足社会需要、促进社会发展也有不可估量的影响。国内社会工作专业人才培养模式存在很多缺陷。中国要想发展专业的社工队伍就要改革现有的人才培养模式,应依托需求发展社工教育、实行正规教育与短期培训有机结合,并进行分层分类发展的社会工作专业人才培养模式,从而达到加速社会工作专业职业化和本土化进程,促进社会工作良性发展,满足社会需求的目的。Discussion and optimization on talents training modes of social work specialty in china play an important role in the foundation of a talent team of social work with reasonable structure and excellent quality.It also has immensurable effect on fulfilling the needs of society and prompting the development of society.Talents training modes of social work specialty in china has many defects.In order to develop specialized talent team of social work in China,it＇s suggested that we reform the existing talent training modes,develop social work education according to needs,implement the organic combination of formal education and short term training and carry out talent training modes of social work of hierarchical classified development and consequently achieve the aim of accelerating course of professionalism and localization of social work,promoting benign development of social work and fulfilling social needs.
