摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶燃烧合成法制备了Mg2+掺杂的Li-Zn铁氧体Li0.1Zn0.8MgxFe2.1-xO4(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)。借助于TG-DSC、XRD、FT-IR、SEM和Agilent8722ET网络分析仪等表征手段,研究了样品的形成过程、晶体结构、微观形貌和电磁损耗性能。结果表明,当x≤0.06时,粉体为单一的尖晶石型锂锌铁氧体;随着掺镁量的增加,样品的晶格常数先增大后减小。掺入适量镁离子能有效调整铁氧体的微波电磁参数,当x=0.06时,在6.5 GHz和15 GHz附近损耗角正切(tanδ)峰值达到最大(分别为0.11和0.54),此时微波电磁损耗最佳。利用微波电磁理论分析了电磁参数的变化机理。Li-Zn ferrites doped with Mg2+,Li0.1Zn0.8MgxFe2.1-xO4(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08),were prepared by Sol-Gel combustion method.The analysis methods of TG-DSC,XRD,FT-IR,SEM and network analyzer(Agilent 8722ET) were employed to analyze the formation process,structure,surface morphology and electromagnetic properties of samples.The results showed that ferrite powders with pure spinel phase were formed when x≤0.06.The lattice parameters of ferrites first increased and then decreased with substitution amount.Appropriate amounts of Mg2+ substitution could adjust microwave electromagnetic parameters magically.The tan δ exhibited two maximal peaks at the frequency of 6.5 GHz and 15 GHz,respectively,and the peak values of tan δ were about 0.11 and 0.54 when x=0.06.It was indicated that the microwave electromagnetic loss properties were excellent when x=0.06.Furthermore,the reasons had also been discussed using electromagnetic theory.
