摘 要:用等离子体发射光谱测试吉林大学120名男、女学生发样中锰、锌、铜、铁、钙元素的质量比,并将所得数据用SPSS10.0进行非参数检验.结果表明:男女生发样中锌、铜质量比在正常值范围内,铁的质量比偏高;男女生发样中锰的质量比和男生发样中钙的质量比均低于参考值;男女生发样中的铜、锌和钙的质量比及大一女生和大二女生发样中锰和铜的质量比存在统计学上的显著性差异.The concentrations of Mn,Zn,Cu,Fe and Ca in human hair samples of 120 schoolboys and schoolgirls of Jilin University were determinated by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. The data were analyzed with SPSS10.0 via a nonparametric test. Results were statistically compared. The concentrations of Cu and Zn were in the normal range and the concentration of Fe had a higher value in the schoolgirls and schoolboys than the reference value. The concentration of Ca was close to the normal value in the schoolboys. The concentrations of Ca in the schoolboys and Mn in the schoolboys and schoolgirls were lower than the reference values. The significantly difference was obtained in the statistical point of view for the concentrations of Cu,Zn and Ca in the schoolgirls and schoolboys and the concentrations of Mn and Cu in the freshmen and sophomore schoolgirls.
