摘　　要：分析评述了Z8040射芯机用覆膜砂制作气缸体凸轮室砂芯芯盒优化设计方案,着重介绍其射砂方向,芯盒本体、底框、左右开盒的连接结构,射砂口衬套等结构及附件的优缺点。The optimal design of hot box of model Z8040 coreshooter for sand core of cylinder cam room has been analysed with emphasis on structures and their merits and shortcomings as direction of sand shooting,connecting construction with core box,bottom and left-right opening,shooting sleeve.
