摘　　要：开发一种智能式汽车行驶记录仪的车载控制器,它能够准确采集并记录汽车行驶过程中的各种动态数据(包括车速、发动机转速、里程、水温、机油温、油量、刹车、油门、年、月、日、时、分、秒),而且还能够与上位机进行数据通讯,由安装在上位机上的分析软件对这些数据进行分析。笔者主要介绍了汽车行驶记录仪的工作原理、硬件接口设计及软件设计。The onboard controller of one intellectual vehicle traveling data recoder was empoldered, it can gather and record various dy- namic data accurately （including speed, engine rotational speed, mileage, water temperature, engine oil temperature, oil volume, braking, accelerograph, day, month, year, hour, minute, second） when the ear is runing, it also can communicat with PC, the software install at the PC can analyze these datas, the working principle of the recoder, the interface design of the hardware and software design of the recoder were introduced.
