摘　　要：高效液相色谱由于其高效、高灵敏度和分析速度快等特点,在农副产品检测中得到了广泛应用.笔者对高效液相色谱技术在农副产品检测中检测营养成分、农药残留、细菌毒素和兽药残留及其发展前景进行了综述和展望.High performance liquid chromatograph was widely used in the determination of agricultural byprod-ucts because of its advantages of high performance,high sensitivity and rapid analysis speed.The application of high performance liquid chromatograph in the determination of agricultural byproducts including nutrients analysis,pes-ticide residues,bacteriotoxin and animal medicine residues were summarized,and the tendency was predicted.
