摘　　要：目的考察复方三草汤的最佳提取工艺。方法以总黄酮的提取量为考察指标,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定其含量,采用正交试验对提取条件进行优选。结果优选提取工艺条件为:用10倍量60%浓度乙醇提取2次,pH=8,提取时间为1h。结论采用优选提取工艺条件所得三草汤中总黄酮含量较高,工艺稳定可行。OBJECTIVE To establish a compound Sancaotang the best extraction process.METHODS Extraction of total flavonoids of study indicators,by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometric determination of its content,the use of orthogonal experiment on the optimization of extraction conditions.RESULTS Optimization of extraction conditions were as follows：with 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol extract of 2,pH=8,extraction time is 1 hour.CONCLUSION Optimization of extraction conditions from Sancaotang with a high level of total flavonoids,the stability of a viable process.
