摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定醋酸地塞米松乳膏中醋酸地塞米松乳膏的含量。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18柱(5μm,4.6×150mm);流动相:甲醇-水(70:30);流速为1.0mL·min-1;柱温30℃;进样量为10μL;检测波长240nm;外标法定量。结果醋酸地塞米松的质量浓度在5.34～106.8μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.99996,n=7)。平均回收率为101.98%(RSD=0.26%,n=9)。结论本法操作简便、快速、结果准确,可用于醋酸地塞米松乳膏的质量控制。OBJCETIVE To establish a RP-HPLC mothod for the determination of dexamethasone acetate in dexamethasone acetate cream.METHODS The analytical column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（5μm,4.6× 150mm）,methanol-water（70∶30）was used as mobile phase with the flow rate 1.0mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 240nm and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 5.34～106.8μg·mL-1（r=0.99996,n=7）,the average recovery was 101.98（RSD=0.26%,n=9）.CONCLUSION The method was simple,quick and accurate.
