HPLC法测定更年灵胶囊中维生素B_1和维生素B_6的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定更年灵胶囊中维生素B1和维生素B6含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.04%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(每100mL加0.3mL三乙胺,用磷酸调pH值至3.0)(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长275 nm。结果维生素B1和维生素B6的线性范围分别为12.1～602.8μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)和10.2～509.6μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率分别为为100.4%(RSD为1.8%,n=9)和98.3%(RSD为0.9%,n=9)。结论该法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可以用于更年灵胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in GengNianLing Capsule.METHODS The Hypersil BDS C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used and the mobile phase was 1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt solution（20∶80）.The detection wavelength was 275nm.RESULTS The linear rangs of Vitamin B1 were 12.1～602.8μg·mL-1（r=0.9999）and Vitamin B6,10.2～509.6μg·mL-1（r=0.9998）,The average recovey of Vitamin B1 was 100.4% with RSD=1.8%（n=9）.The average recovey of Vitamin B6 was 98.3% with RSD=0.9%（n=9）.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of GengNianLing Capsule.
