百普素联合恒康正清在术前肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨联合使用百普素和恒康正清用于结直肠手术前肠道准备的可行性和有效性。方法将120例结直肠手术患者随机均分为3组,A组以传统肠道准备作为对照组,B组单纯使用恒康正清作为肠道准备,C组联合百普素和恒康正清用于肠道准备。所有患者分别于肠道准备前后抽取外周静脉血检测血红蛋白、白蛋白、血电解质等,并分析肠道准备时患者主诉情况及肠道准备后通过结肠镜评价肠道准备满意程度。结果 A组患者发生恶心、呕吐、腹痛不适反应的机率明显较其他B、C组高(P<0.05);C组患者发生饥饿、乏力的机率明显较其他A、B组低;A组患者肠道清洁满意率明显均较B、C组患者低,且存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论百普素联合恒康正清能够有效地改善患者肠道准备时的营养状况,是一种安全、有效、营养、科学的术前肠道准备途径。OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of the combination of peptisorb and Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte powder in interstines preparation.METHODS One hundred and twenty patients undergoing elective colorectal surgery were randomLy divided into three groups（n = 40 each）,the group A using the traditional intestines preparation as the control group,the group B only using Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte powder in interstines preparation,the group C using Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte powder and peptisorb together.The levels of hemoglobin,albumin,serum electrolytes counts in the stool prior and post bowel preparation were examined.The chief complaint from patients and satisfaction of bowel preparation from colonoscope were analysed.RESULTS The incidence rate of nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain in group A was higner than that in group B or C;The incidence rate of hunger,anergy in group C was lower than that in group A or B.The bowel preparation effect in group B or C was more satisfactory than that in group A.All the above differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The combination of peptisorb and Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte powder in interstines preparation can effectively improve the nutritional condition.It is a safe,effective,nutritional and scientific intestines preparation.
