榄香烯乳联合放疗治疗骨转移癌临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较放疗联合榄香烯与单纯放疗治疗骨转移癌的近期疗效及对生活质量影响的差异。方法骨转移癌患者55例,随机分成两组,其中,组1为联合组(放疗+榄香烯)30例,组2为放疗组25例;骨转移部位常规照射,剂量30Gy/2W;榄香烯给药方法,放疗开始每日经静脉给榄香烯500mg,共2～4周。结果治疗后4周内联合组临床疼痛症状缓解率明显优于放疗组(90%VS 72%)(P<0.05),且疼痛缓解时间提前,维持时间长;两组生活质量提高分别为80.4%和65.7%(P<0.05),且生活质量改善时间长。结论榄香烯对骨转移癌疼痛有一定缓解作用,与放疗有协同作用;并能改善晚期患者的生活质量。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical short-term efficacy and quantity of life of elemene injection in the treatment of the metastatic bone cancers.METHODS There were 55 cases of metastatic bone cancers patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,groupⅠwas injected by elemene combined radiatherapy,groupⅡradiatherapy alone.The injections in group Ⅰwere 1 time per day,2 weeks for a course of treatment.The dose of radiatherapy were 30Gy,1 time per day,2 weeks for a course of treatment.To observe the effect on cancer pain relief、quantity of life improveing and the toxicity.RESULTS The rate of cancer pain relief in groupⅠwhich was injected by elemene combined radiatherapy is higher than groupⅡwhich was radiatherapy alone（90% vs 72%）.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The quantity of life improveing in groupⅠ is better than group Ⅱ（80.4%vs 65.7%）.There were no severe adverse effects in two grouos.CONCLUSION Elemene injection has satisfactory clinical efficacy for the metastatic bone cancers including relief cancer pain and quantity of life.
