摘　　要：目的通过对我院中药处方进行分析,了解我院中药处方和中药临床使用存在的问题。方法随机抽取我院2010年第一季度门诊中药处方3158张,进行统计分析。结果我院门诊中药处方在临床诊断、重复用药、给药途径、用药剂量,处方脚注、配伍禁忌、处方用药天数和单张处方药数等方面存在一些问题。结论要加强和重视对中药处方的管理,制定切实可行的适应于中医中药的处方管理办法,以促进中药的临床合理应用。Objective：To analyze outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital,to get clear information about outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital and traditional Chinese medicines clinical use of existing problems.Methods：3158 outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital in the first quarter of 2010 were randomly collected for the statistical analysis.Results：Traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital in clinical diagnosis,repeated drug use,route of administration,dosage,prescription footnote,taboos,the number of days a single prescription and single sheet prescription drug number,there are some problems.Conclusion：To strengthen and importance of traditional Chinese medicines for the management,the feasible adapted to Chinese medicine prescription medicine management measures,to promote the rational clinical application.
