摘 要:近年来,中国石油西南油气田公司重庆气矿部分气井堵塞现象日益严重,尤其是生产中后期气井,其井下管串普遍存在结垢现象,有的轻微,有的严重,给气井正常生产、修井作业带来了不同程度的影响。通过对堵塞物成分进行分析,并结合现场入井液的使用情况,认为引起气井堵塞的主要因素是开采过程中加注的入井液与地层出砂、腐蚀产物胶结形成了混合垢物,粘附在井下筛管处和油管内壁,造成修井作业工具被卡,气井产量下降。提出应选择合适的时机,及早及时清除垢物,防止堵塞严重后实施解堵而可能产生的加剧堵塞或形成新的堵塞现象,同时,优选解堵剂和解堵工艺,实施有效的解堵作业,恢复气井正常生产。In recent years,gas-well plugging is getting worse and worse.Especially for gas well in the middle and later production period,light or thick scale exists commonly in its downhole strings,which influences the normal production and workover operation.Through the analysis on plugging material,in combination with the application of working fluid,this paper finds out that the main factor causing the plugging is a mixed scale formed by working fluid and produced sand,corrosive product.The scale sticks on downhole screen pipe and the inner wall of tubing resulting in workover tool sticking and production decrease.In order to avoid plugging intensifying or new plugging induced by the removing treatment for serious plugging,a suitable time should be chosen to remove the scale in the early time.Meanwhile,it needs to optimize the remover and removing technology,implement the effective removing operation to restore the normal production.
