摘　　要：目的探讨韦氏智力测验在颅脑损伤法医学鉴定中的应用价值。方法对307例颅脑损伤患者所做韦氏智力测验IQ等级与该患者受伤程度、年龄、文化、自身是否患有影响智力评定的疾病,以及测验评定的时间等进行分析。结果重度颅脑损伤多数遗留智力减退;中度颅脑损伤部分遗留智力减退;轻度颅脑损伤一般不造成智力减退。伤后记忆减退人数多于智力减退人数。年龄较大与年轻伤者智力康复不在同一水平上。伤前智商高者,WAIS-RC测定结果偏高,文化程度较低者多数WAIS-RC结果偏低。伤前有影响智力评定的疾病,WAIS-RC结果偏低。结论智力测验IQ等级受多种因素影响,评判时应考虑多因素进行综合评定。Objective To study the application of Wechsler intelligence test in traumatic brain injury.Methods 307 patients with traumatic brain injury were examined with Wechsler intelligence test.The relationship of IQ level,and degree of injury,age,culture and intelligence were studied.Results The majority of severe traumatic brain injury induced mental decline and the traumatic brain injury did not influence intelligence.The number of memory impairment after injury was more than the number of mental decline.Injured older and younger patients were not the same intellectual level.WTHZ〗Conclusion IQ level of intelligence tests are affected by many factors,a comprehensive assessment should be assessed.
