摘 要:目的探讨三维超声诊断宫内节育器(IUD)位置异常的准确性及应用价值。方法对31例二维超声诊断或可疑IUD异常的患者,分别进行二维及三维经阴道超声成像检查,并对检测结果进行分析。结果二维超声诊断符合率为76.9%。三维超声诊断符合率为96.8%,两种检查方法比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论三维超声可显示宫腔及IUD的全貌,对IUD位置判断更准确,对临床异常IUD的处理有很大的帮助。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy and clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasonography(3D-US) in diagnosing dislocation of intrauterine device(IUD).Methods 31 women suspected of IUD was examined with two dimensional ultrasound(2D-US) and 3D-US.These results were then compared with the findings at diagnostic hysteroscopy(HS).Results There was a statistical significant difference of the accuracy rate of diagnosis with two-dimensional ultrasonography(2D-US 76.9% vs 3D-US 96.8%).Conclusions Compared with 2D-US,3D-US is more reliable in detecting the uterine cavity,IUD type and IUD position.It is very useful in dealing with the dislocation of IUD.
