摘 要:塔河油田采油二厂现有生产井均属于深井和超深井碳酸盐油井,储层非均质性强,其原油多为高含盐、含硫、高含蜡的稠油。由于射孔降低了套管的抗变强度,其套管损坏多发生在射孔井内部,位于射孔酸压段和悬挂器位置。射孔井段也是应力最集中的部位。固井质量差容易引起套管滑动伸长,导致套管弯曲、错动,导致套管损坏。Existing production wells in No.2 plant of Tahe oilfield belong to the deep and ultra-deep carbonate wells,whose reservoir heterogeneity is strong. And plenty of crude oil is heavy oil with high salt,sulfur and high waxy. Because of perforation reducing anti-deformation of casing,so the casing damage usually appears in the perforation well at the perforation acid-fracturing area and the hanger location. And the perforation section is also the area centralized with stress. Bad quality of well cementing leads to bending,dislocation and other damage to casing.
