摘　　要：针对目前网络学习平台共享性差、资源浪费、不便维护等问题,研究设计基于SCORM的教材管理系统。通过系统测验结果证明,利用Struts软件框架开发WebApplication是可行的。Aimed at the problems of network learning platform including bad sharing,resource waste,inconvenient maintenance and so on,the paper designs a textbooks management system based on sharable content object reference model （SCORM）. Through the system testing,the results show that it is flexible to use Strusts software framework to develop web application.
