摘 要:研究了三种常见农药毒死蜱、乙草胺和三氯杀螨醇对中肋骨条藻的毒性效应和生长影响,并采用毒性单位法评价了其二元联合毒性效应。结果表明:佐剂甲醇对中肋骨条藻的不可见效应浓度为0.10%(v/v);三种农药对中肋骨条藻的毒性顺序为乙草胺>三氯杀螨醇>毒死蜱,96 hEC50分别为0.0856、0.454和0.521 mg/L;在毒性比为1∶1情况下,乙草胺-毒死蜱的联合作用96 h-∑TU为0.861,表现为协同效应,毒死蜱-三氯杀螨醇和乙草胺-三氯杀螨醇的96 h-∑TU分别为1.139和1.417,均表现为拮抗效应。The individual and binarily-combined toxic effects of chlorpyrifos,acetochlor and dicofol on growth of Skeletonema costatum were investigated and evaluated using the toxicity unit method.The results showed that the effect concentration of methanol 0.10 %(v/v)on S.costatum was not observed.The toxicity of three pesticides was in the order of acetochlor〉dicofol〉chlorpyrifos with 96 h-EC50 values of 0.0856,0.454 and 0.521 mg/L,respectively.With the mixing proportion of toxicity unit(TU) as 1∶1,the acrtochlor-chlorpyrifos combination showed a synergism effect with 96 h-∑TU as 0.861,while chlorpyrifos-dicofol and acetochlor-dicofol showed antagonism effects with 96 h-∑TU as 1.139 and 1.417 respectively.
