摘  要:碳酸盐岩储层油气资源丰富,世界上油气储量的60%、产量的50%来自碳酸盐岩油气藏。该类油气藏非均质性强,孔隙、裂缝系统复杂,进行储层改造是该类油气藏开采的必要措施和有效手段。在总结碳酸盐岩储层加砂压裂和酸压改造技术特点的基础上,提出交联酸携砂酸压工艺技术。深入分析了携砂酸压中可能遇到的各种问题,并提出解决这些问题的措施。该工艺的特点是将酸压形成的多分支酸蚀裂缝和加砂压裂形成的较高导流能力的支撑裂缝有机结合,从而形成较长、更高和更长期导流能力的酸蚀-支撑复合裂缝。运用交联酸携砂酸压工艺对靖边气田白云岩储层的14口井进行现场施工,取得较好效果,施工成功率和有效率均达100%。该工艺的应用,能更大程度地改造储层,提高增产效果,延长增产有效期,推广应用前景广阔。Hydrocarbon resources in the carbonate reservoir are very rich,which account for about 60% of the total reserves and 50% of the total production in the world.The carbonate reservoirs are generally characterized with strong heterogeneity,low porosity,and low permeability.Reservoir reconstruction is the necessary measure and effective means to exploitation of such reservoir.On the basis of the characteristics of the main techniques of carbonate reservoir reconstruction and sand fracturing,the proppant-carrying acid fracturing is proposed.With in-depth analysis on various problems of the proppant-carrying acid fracturing that may encounter,the corresponding measures are proposed.By synthesizing the multi-branched fractures created by acid fracturing and high flow conductivity created by sand fracturing,the proppant-carying acid fracturing with cross-linked acid fluid technology can form a longer compound fracture with higher and longer-term conductivity.14 wells have been treated by this technique,with a construction success ratio of 100% and efficiency of 100%.As this technology integrates the merits of acid fracturing and sand fracturing,the application prospects are promising.
