摘  要:根据三峡大型水轮机转轮下环的结构特征,设计了环形冒口和随流式无气隙浇注系统,并使用ProCAST软件对铸造过程进行了模拟计算。计算表明,设计的浇冒口系统可以有效避免卷气和夹杂的出现,同时有利于下环的均匀冷却和收缩;下环变形预测显示下环沿径向的变形将导致其由直桶状变为"束腰"状,沿轴向的收缩将会使下环顶部的内壁外翻。A ring riser and a "naturally pressurized" gating system were designed for huge water turbine runner band used in the Three Gorges according to its structure.ProCAST software was used to calculate the flow,temperature and stress/strain of the band with the riser and gating system.The simulation results indicate there is no gas and inclusions entrainment during the filling and the ring riser ensures the uniform cooling rate of the band parts at the same height.The stress/strain calculation shows that the middle height part of the band has a bigger shrinkage displacement along the radial direction than other parts of the band,and the external part of the ring riser has a bigger shrinkage along the axial direction than the inside part.
