摘　　要：感应电炉熔炼周期短,热效率高,操作简单且合金烧损较少。通过控制废钢种类,采用酸性感应电炉及非氧化法炼钢工艺生产ZG270-500、ZG310-570等铸钢产品,其力学性能均超过了相应标准要求。The advantages of the induction furnace are short smelting period,high thermal efficiency, simple operation,and less melting loss of alloy.Through the control of scrap steel types,steel castings,of ZG270-500 and ZG310-570,were produced by acid induction electric furnace and non-oxidizing-smelting process.Mechanical properties of the castings exceed the corresponding standard request.
