摘　　要：本文详细阐述了作为船用扭矩仪的核心部件A/D转换器,超小型A/D转换器ADS1110可替代传统发射机的模拟电压频率变换器.拓展了广阔的实船扭矩测量应用前景.ADS1110是精密的连续自校准模/数A/D转换器,带有差分输入和高达16位的分辨率,封装为小型SOT23-6片内2.048V的基准电压提供范围为2.048V的输入差分电压.ADS1110使用可兼容的I2C串行接口适合于2.7V至5.5V的低单电源下工作.This paper describes the ultra small A/D converter which is the key part of marine torque instruments.The converter called ADS1110 can replace traditional analog voltage frequency converter,developing a broad application prospects of real ship torque measurement.ADS1110 is a continuous self-calibration precision A /D A /D converter with differential inputs and up to 16-bit resolution.The package-chip SOT23-6 owning 2.048V reference voltage provides a differential voltage which range is 0 to 2.048V.ADS1110 use I2C compatible serial interface,particularly suitable for the low-2.7V to 5.5V single-supply operation.
