摘  要:分析了南方电网现有调频模式,指出了现有调频模式存在的问题,包括全网调频配合、总调调频作用、一次调频与二次调频配合、CPS管理办法、AGC控制策略等问题。通过对互联电网调频模式的分析,并结合南方电网的实际情况与发展规划,提出了南方电网未来调频模式的建议。Existing frequency regulation modes applied in China Southern power grid are analyzed and the defects of these modes, such as the coordination of frequency regulation in whole grid, the action of frequency regulation by dispatching center of China Southern power grid, the coordination of primary frequency regulation with secondary frequency regulation, management method of control performance standard (CPS) and control strategy of automatic generation control (AGC), are pointed out. Through the analysis on frequency regulation modes for interconnected power grid and according to actual conditions and development planning of China Southern power grid, the future frequency regulation modes for China Southern power grid are proposed.
