摘 要:随着风电场规模的日益增加,传统确定旋转备用的方法已经不再适用。研究了在兼顾系统运行可靠性和经济性及发电机组故障停运、负荷和风电出力预测偏差等不确定性因素时,系统所需的最优旋转备用。采用了经济学中成本效益分析方法,以系统发电成本和期望停电成本最小为目标,用概率密度函数来分析负荷和风电出力的预测偏差,并将其引入到机组停运容量的计算中;采用智能优化算法求解出最优的旋转备用需求,并就相关因素对优化结果的影响进行了敏感性分析。仿真结果表明,提出的模型和算法是可行的,对风电系统的运行有一定参考价值。Along with increasing wind farms’ scales, traditional methods to decide spinning reserve are no more appropriate. The authors research how to take the presupposition that both security and economy of power grid operation and the uncertainty factors such as forced outage of generation units, predicted-deviation of load and wind turbine output into account to decide optimal spinning reserve, which power grid containing wind farm requires. Utilizing cost effectiveness analysis method in economics, taking minimized generation cost of power grid and expected outage cost as objective, the predicted-deviations of load and wind power output are analyzed by probability density function and the analysis results are led into the calculation of outage capacity of generation units; the demand of optimal spinning reserve is solved by intelligent optimization algorithm, meanwhile the sensitivity analysis of the influences of related factors on optimization result is performed. Simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible.
