摘 要:恒益电厂位于H+、SO42-和Cl-多种劣化因素综合作用的环境下,需对基础混凝土进行耐久性设计,即混凝土在满足和易性和力学性能的基础上,还应满足耐久性的要求。通过控制原材料品质、掺加矿物掺合料和高效减水剂等途径,配制出高密实性的耐久性混凝土,并用抗渗性和抗氯离子渗透性加以表征;研究混凝土复合胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐性和抗酸性,针对酸腐蚀深度d与腐蚀时间t建立复合胶凝材料的酸腐蚀劣化模型d=K.tn,为水泥混凝土的耐久性设计提供理论依据。High durability concrete was designed for Hengyi Power Palnt's foundation which serves in severe environment with high concentrations of H+、■ and Cl-.The quality of raw materials was controlled in concrete mix design.High durability concrete was prepared with blended mineral admixtures and superplasticizer.Compactness of concrete was tested by both impermeability and resistance to chloride-ion penetration.Resistance of blended cement paste to sulfate and acid attack was investigated respectively.Acid corrosion depth d with time t was obtained specially for analysis of acid corrosion kinetics according to a series of designed experiments.Degradation model of acid corrosion was established for hardened cement paste in form of d=K·tn to predict its corrosion depth at specific age,which can provide a reference for engineering design and evaluation of service life.
