摘  要:为满足外加磁场条件下铝合金焊接成形的精度要求,研究了磁场作用下铝合金MIG焊接工艺参数对焊道形貌尺寸的影响及其显著性,分析了参数的合理匹配对焊道尺寸和成形质量的影响。结果表明,焊接速度对焊道余高的贡献率为83.25%,是决定余高的最主要因素。影响熔宽的参数主次顺序为送丝速度、焊接速度、电弧吹力修正、励磁电流、磁场频率和弧长修正。随着励磁电流增加,熔宽增大,熔深减小,表面质量提高;但是励磁电流和弧长修正应有良好的配合,当这两个参数都比较大时,焊道出现未熔合缺陷或不能成形。To meet the precision requirement of aluminum MIG welding under magnetic field,the influences of process parameters on the geometry of bead and surface morphologies were studied and the reasonable match of process parameters was analyzed. The results show that the welding speed plays a decisive role to reinforcement and its contribution rate reaches up to 83. 25%. The other factors' descending order of contribution rate for bead width is wire feed speed,welding speed,arc blowout correction,exciting current,frequency of magnetic field and arc length correction. With the increase of exciting current,the bead width increases and the depth decreases,and the surface morphologies quality is improved. But,the exciting current and arc correction have to match better. When these two parameters are all too large,the weld defects of incomplete fusion appear or the bead can not be formed.
