摘　　要：文章重点分析了中国科技论文在线的质量控制方法和机制,认为其在论文的投稿、审理、发表等各个阶段都对稿件有不同的控制方法,其采取以激励为主、约束为辅的机制来保证质量控制方法的有效实施。在此基础上,作者设计了更为完善的e印本文库质量控制方法和运行保障机制,并简单分析了中国科技论文在线质量控制可以改进的方面。This article mainly analyzes the quality control method and mechanism of the Sciencepaper Online in China.The article thinks that the Sciencepaper Online in China has different methods to control the papers in different stages of submitting papers,going through them and sending them to the press.It takes the incentive mechanism as the lead and the restriction mechanism as the auxiliary to ensure the effective implementation of the quality control method.On this basis,the authors design an improved method and operational guarantee mechanism for the quality control of e-print archive,and briefly analyzes where Sciencepaper Online in China can improve its quality.
