摘 要:采用点滴法测定了橘小实蝇广州种群对敌百虫、高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素的抗性。结果表明:7月橘小实蝇对敌百虫产生了低水平抗性,抗性倍数为3.57倍,抗性个体频率为74.00%;7—11月橘小实蝇对高效氯氰菊酯均产生了低水平抗性,10月抗性倍数和抗性个体频率较高,分别为6.23倍和44.00%;橘小实蝇对阿维菌素尚处于敏感阶段,各月份的抗性倍数、抗性个体频率之间无显著差异。Topical application was employed to test the insecticides resistance dynamics of oriental fruit fly adults in Guangzhou to trichlorphon,alpharmethrin and abamectin.The results showed that compared with the susceptible stain,to trichlorphon,the population in July had low-level resistance,the resistance ratio was 3.57-fold and the resistance individual frequency was 74.00%.To alpharmethrin,the populations from July to November showed low-level resistance;besides,the resistance level of the population in October was the highest,the resistance ratio was 6.23-fold and the resistance individual frequency was 44.00%.While to abamectin,populations remained susceptible,and there was no significant difference in the resistance ratio or resistance individual frequency between neither of the months.
