摘　　要：企业是自主创新地主体，通过实施陕西省“13115”科技创新工程，目的是激发企业的创新活力，提高企业的自主创新地位，通过针对企业用户需求的调研，系统的设计、功能的实现，提出了面向企业用户具体问题，提供解决方案的知识服务，并为企业提供个性化、知识化、协同化、即时化的信息服务方法，采用跨库检索、互联网采集、知识关联等技术手段设计，实现了由信息服务向科技情报服务即知识服务的跨越过程，搭建了陕西省主导产业科技情报服务平台。Enterprises are the independent innovation main body. The purpose of implementing the ＂ 13115＂ Science and Technology Innovation Project of Shaanxi Province is to stimulate innovation and vitality of enterprises and to improve the status of their independent innovation. By investigating the needs of users and realizing the design and functions of the systems, this article provides the knowledge services which target the specific problems of the users and provide solutions to them, and also provides personalized, knowledge-based, collaborative-based, real-time information services. By cross-database searching, Internet gathering, knowledge linking and other technical means, a striding over process in which the information services have changed into the science and technology information services is realized, that is, the knowledge services. Thus, science and technology information service platform for leading industries in Shaanxi Province has been set up.
