摘　　要：作者访问美国宾夕法尼亚大学图书馆,对该馆的资源与管理、读者服务、特别是图书馆现代化和图书馆设备等方面有所了解和掌握。在此以图书馆24小时速写的方式,从方方面面介绍其图书馆的服务,以供参考借鉴。In the visit to University of Pennsylvania Library, the authors have been acquainted with the library resources and management, the reader services, particularly the library modernization and library equipment. In this article, the authors introduce the library services from all aspects with a literary sketch of their experience of 24 hours, which affords us lessons that merit attention.
