摘　　要：J23-40型开式双柱可倾式曲柄压力机具有曲柄滑块机构刚性好,装、卸模具及操作方便的工艺特点。在电极冲片模具设计应用中通过冲裁力的计算发现,在凹模、凸模固定板、卸料板之间增加4个小导柱导向,可以避免偏裁对模具的影响。同时该压力机三维方向敞开、可倾式工作的特点,为冲压件或废料导出及实现冲压机械生产自动化提供了条件。J23-40 open-press has good loading and unloading operations to facilitate die and the process characteristics. Punching die design on the electrode by application of the calculation of blanking force found in the die, punch retainers, stripper plate added between the four small guide oriented to avoid the impact of partial eutting on the die. At the same time 3D orientation of the press opening, tilting the characteristics, for the stamping or punching maehine waste export and realization of the conditions of production automation.
