摘  要:大尺寸LED背光源是平板电视产业发展的新趋势。文章设计了一款大尺寸超薄侧光式LED背光源。调研了LED厂家,从光效、功耗、结构设计等方面考虑选择LED,通过光学设计软件设计了导光板网点;根据LED的规格及颗数设计双层铝基板灯条,驱动控制电路采用高压驱动方案,支持PWM调光。经测试,文中设计的液晶电视用侧光式LED背光源厚度9.9mm,功耗150W,中心亮度5,500nit,均齐度82%,达业界领先水平。Applying large-size LED backlight is the new development trend of flat-panel TV industry.A large-sized ultra-thin edge-light type LED backlight is designed in this paper.Depending on the research of the LED manufacturers,LED has been chosen with the consideration of luminous efficiency,power consumption,structure design,etc.The light guide plate is designed through the optical design software.According to the specification and number of LED,the light-bar is designed to be double-layer MCPCB,and high voltage design is adopted in the driver control circuit which supports the PWM dimming.In order to achieve a better cooling effect,thermal design is carried out.The edge light type LED backlight designed in this paper,its thickness is 9.9mm,its power is 150W,its center brightness is 5,700nit,and the uniformity is 82% by testing.It reaches the leading level of the industry.
