摘 要:景区经营权转让后的委托代理问题包括委托问题和代理问题两个层面。委托代理问题产生的根本原因在于所有者缺位、多头管理、责任不明确、权责不对称,直接原因主要有委托人与代理人之间目标不一致、信息不对称和契约不完善等。为了有效解决委托代理问题,必须明晰旅游资源产权,针对委托与代理双方建立切实可行的激励约束机制。The principal-agent after the transfer of management authority at a scenic spot include two aspects,that is the principal and the agent.It has many causes of the origin of the principal-agent,that is,the vacancy of the owner,overlapping of responsibility,the asymmetry of rights and responsibility.The direct reason is the discord of the aim of the principal and the agent,the asymmetry of information and the imperfect of contract.In order to sovle these problems,you must make the tourism resources property clear and establish incentive and restraint mechanism according to the principal and the agent.
