摘　　要：本文利用中国专利检索系统,检索国外在中国药物领域申请的专利情况,从专利统计的角度,分析其在中国药品领域的专利情况。通过了解国外药物领域的发展战略和发展趋势,为我国制订并实施药品专利战略提供参考,旨在促进我国药品专利工作的发展,增强医药行业的市场竞争力。Adopting Chinese Patent Retrieval System,the paper focuses on the current situation of patent application of foreign companies in pharmacy domain,analyzes the retrieval result from the perspective of patent statistics which reveals their fundamental layout;furthermore,the paper depicts the development strategy and trend of foreign pharmacy,provides important reference for formulating and implementing drug patent strategy,in order to promote the development of China＇s pharmaceutical patent and enhance the market competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry.
