苯扎氯铵溶液外阴冲洗40例临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:评价苯扎氯铵溶液外阴喷洒杀菌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:选择2010年3月在海淀区妇幼保健院分娩后的产妇40例,分为治疗组20例和对照组20例,治疗组应用0.1%苯扎氯铵溶液喷洒,对照组应用1∶5 000高锰酸钾冲洗,清洁外阴后,分别于喷洒和冲洗前后取外阴拭子行细菌培养,观察细菌清除率、有效率,同时观察局部和全身反应。结果:细菌清除率治疗组为50%,对照组为20%,有效率治疗组为75%,对照组为25%,两组比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);两组均未发生局部和全身不良反应。结论:苯扎氯铵溶液喷洒是安全、有效、方便、快捷的外阴杀菌剂,优于高锰酸钾冲洗。Objective：To evaluate the sterilization efficacy and adverse reactions of Benzalkonium Chloride Solution rinsing the vulva.Methods：40 patients who were delivered in March 2010 in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Haidian District were involved in this study,with 20 cases in control group and 20 cases in treatment group.0.1% Benzalkonium Chloride Solution was sprayed on the vulva of the patients in treatment group,while 1：5 000 Potassium Permanganate was used in control group.Bacterial culture of vulva swab was done respectively before and after spraying and rinsing the vulva,the bacterial clearance rate,the effective rate,the local and general reactions were observed.Results：The bacterial clearance rate in treatment group was 50%,while it was 20% in control group.The effective rate in treatment group was 75%,while it was 25% in control group.There were significant significances between the two groups（P0.01）.There were no local and general adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion：Benzalkonium Chloride Solution is a safe,effective,convenient and fast genital bactericide,which is better than Potassium Permanganate.
