α_(1A)受体阻滞剂在ESWL后的排石效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾上腺能α1A受体阻滞剂在体外冲击波碎石术后排石效果。方法:112例患者体外冲击波碎石术后随机分为对照组(52例)及治疗组(60例),对照组服用排石颗粒,20 g/袋,3次/d;治疗组服用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊(肾上腺能α1A受体阻滞剂),0.4 mg,每天1次。治疗1个月后观察治疗效果。结果:对照组结石的排净率为75.5%,肾绞痛的发生率为36.7%,疼痛的天数(1.6±1.3)d;治疗组结石的排净率为89.6%,肾绞痛的发生率为22.4%,疼痛的天数(1.4±1.2)d。结论:肾上腺能α1A受体阻滞剂有利于小结石的排出并能减少ESWL后疼痛。Objective：To study the efficacy of alpha1A adrenocepter antagonist for treatment of ureteral stone clearance after extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy（ESWL）.Methods：112 patients after ESWL were randomly divided into control group（52 cases） and treatment group（60 cases）,in control group received Paishi granules 20g,po,tid,in treatment group received Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules 0.4 mg,po,qn,and after treatment for 1 month observed curative effect.Results：the rate of ureteral stone clearance in control group and treatment group was 75.5%,89.6% respectively,incidence of renal colic was 36.7% and 22.4% respectively,days of painy of two group was（1.6±1.3） d and（1.4±1.2） d.Conclusion：Alpha1A adrenocepter antagonist is contribute to clear the ureteral stone and reduce pains after extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy.
