广西与东部沿海创新能力之比较研究

摘　　要：从创新环境、创新市场、知识创新能力、企业技术创新能力等方面,把广西与东部沿海等省进行比较研究,在比较研究中找出致使广西创新能力低的主要原因在于人才缺乏、企业缺乏技术创新、多元化投融资体系没有形成、创新环境没有建设到位。要想广西经济快速发展并达到东部沿海等省的水平,必须从人才培养和引进、企业技术创新、创新服务等方面采取对策,以切实可行的措施促进技术创新,提高广西创新能力,从而促进整个广西的全面发展。In this article the innovation ability of Guangxi is compared with the innovation ability of eastern coastal provinces from the innovation environment,innovative marketin,knowledge innovation,technological innovation.In the process of comparative study we found out that the main reason why innovation ability of Guangxi is low level is lack of talents,lack of technology innovation of enterprises,lack of the diversified investment and financing system,and the innovation environment is not put in place.To get the rapid economic development in guangxi and achieve the level of eastern coastal provinces,we must adopt measures to promote technological innovation from talents＇ training and introduction,technology innovation of enterprises,and innovative service,etc.we must improve the innovation ability of guangxi,so as to promote the overall developmet of guangxi.
