绝经期妇女取环术前药物扩张宫颈的优越性研究

摘　　要：目的研究术前用药对绝经期妇女宫颈的扩张作用及取环术的优越性。方法将320例绝经期取环术妇女随机分为2组,每组160例。研究组术前12h口服米非司酮75mg,对照组术前不服用任何药物。分别观察两组宫颈软化及扩张情况、取环时间、失血量以及成功率。结果研究组宫颈软化及扩张明显优于对照组(P<0.001);取环成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);手术时间、失血量及综合反应程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论术前应用药物利于宫颈软化及扩张,取环成功率高,痛苦小,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of relaxing of drugs expand cervix uteri in taking intrauterine device（IUD）from menopause women.Methods 320 women with menopause were randomly divided into two groups,160 cases in each group.Treatment group administrated with mifepristone 75 mg before taking out the IUD,while control group did not given any drug.The soften and expansion situation of cervix uteri,the time to take IUD,blood lose and successful ratio were observed.Results The soften and expansion of cervix uteri of treatment group obviously surpasses those of control group（P0.001）,successful ratio of taking IUD of treatment group was obviously higher than those of control group（P0.01）;The surgery time,blood lose and the synthesis extent of reaction of treatment group were lower than those of control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion The application of drugs before operation is good for expanding and softening the cervix uteri,the successful ratio of taking IUD is higher.The method is simple and security.
