电针在改善全子宫切除术后吗啡镇痛致胃肠道功能紊乱的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究电针联合吗啡镇痛对妇科全子宫切除术后胃肠道功能的影响。方法 60例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期行子宫全切术的患者,随机分为2组:电针联合药物组(A组),单纯药物组(B组),每组30例。A组在吗啡镇痛的基础上,结合电针刺激双侧内关、足三里、三阴交、合谷、太冲;B组术后单纯使用吗啡镇痛。评估两组术后2、6、24、48h的镇痛效果、排气时间和术后恶心呕吐的严重程度。结果与B组比较,A组镇痛效果较好,排气时间显著缩短,术后恶心呕吐程度显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论电针对于全子宫切除术后吗啡镇痛致胃肠道功能紊乱有较好的治疗作用,且增强了镇痛效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of electroacupuncture on morphine analgesia inducing bowl function disorder in patients undergoing hysterectomy.Methods Sixty ASAⅠ~Ⅱ scheduled for hysterectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups：electroacupuncture combined with morphine group（group A）and morphine group（group B）,with 30 in each group.Group A received morphine analgesia as well as acupunction of Nei Guan,Zu San Li,San Yin Jiao points,while group B only received morphine.VAS was assessed at 2,6,24,48 h after surgery.The first exhaust time and severity of PONV were also recorded.Results Patients in group A exhibited significantly lower VAS scores than those in group B.Compared with group B,the first exhaust time was significantly earlier and the severity of PONV was markedly reduced（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture has certain therapeutic effect on gastrointestines function disorder induced by morphine,and enhance the analgesic efficacy.
