摘　　要：目的对"特殊使用"类抗菌药物在临床中的应用现状进行相关干预,探索合理使用抗菌药物的有效途径。方法对2009年3月、10月在我院住院期间应用"特殊使用"类抗菌药物的病例进行调查和统计分析。结果干预后"特殊使用"类抗菌药物的临床合理使用水平比干预前显著提高。结论对"特殊使用"类抗菌药物的临床应用实施干预富有成效,不仅能提高"特殊使用"类抗菌药物的合理使用水平,而且能为进一步规范和提高整个抗菌药物合理使用奠定基础。Objective To probe into the rational use of antimicrobials in clinical application by making associated interventions.Methods Cases of using ＂special-used＂ antimicrobials in our hospital in March and October 2009 were investigated and analyzed.Results After the intervention,the situation of rational ＂special-used＂ antimicrobials use had impro ed.Conclusion It is effective to intervene the ＂special-used＂ antimicrobials in clinical application,it not only improves the rational use of the ＂special-used＂ antimicrobials,but also establishes foundation to further standardize and improve the rational use of antimicrobials.
