甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:将在我院治疗的初诊2型糖尿病患者52例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予诺和灵治疗,观察组给予甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗。结果:治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见其他明显的药物不良反应。结论:甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗初诊2型糖尿病效果显著,副作用少,值得应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in treating type 2 first diabetes mellitus. Method： The 52 cases with type 2 first diabetes mellitus were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the novolin treatment,and the observe group received the treatment of insulin glargine combined with acarbose. Result： The FBG and 2hPG in the observe group after treatment were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）. The time up to the standard and dosage of insulin in the observe group after treatment were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）. The hypoglycemia rate in the observe group after treatment was fewer than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the two groups. Conclusion： The effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in treating type 2 first diabetes is obvious, there＇s no side--effect,it is worth being used widely.
